2. Our Services

Home Refurbish Centre provides home renovation services including interior and exterior upgrades, roofing, solar, windows, flooring, bathroom remodeling, home security and fire safety. Website descriptions are general; the scope of each project is defined in your written quote or contract.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Free estimates are based on information available at the time of the visit. Final pricing is confirmed in writing. Changes requested after approval, or hidden conditions found during work, may change the price and will be discussed with you first.

4. Payments

Deposit and payment schedules are set out in your signed agreement. Late payments may pause work or delay scheduling.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, safe access to the property and a clear work area. You are responsible for securing valuables and pets during work.

6. Warranty

Workmanship is covered by a written warranty described in your agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment. Damage caused by misuse, neglect or unrelated repairs is not covered.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give us at least 48 hours notice to reschedule a visit. Cancellation after materials have been ordered may incur costs for non-returnable items.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Home Refurbish Centre is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for completed work is limited to the terms of your signed agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, logos and design on this website belong to Home Refurbish Centre and may not be copied without written permission.
